Colony Faire 2000 -- The Story in Pictures

Every year, fifth grade students at Valley Christian Elementary School in Los Gatos, California, top off their study of America's colonial history by holding the "Colony Faire".  Led by the three fifth grade teachers, Mrs. Esposito, Mrs. Haire and Mrs. Poure, students work in groups to prepare exhibits representing each colony.  The culmination of their efforts is the presentation of a series of skits relating to the founding of each colony.

This year's Colony Faire was held on Friday, November 17.  It was acclaimed as "a triumph" by an impartial audience of parents, grandparents and other relatives.
